required - Event Manager (Catering)

Location - Abu Dhabi

Salary - Up to 8000 AED (Depends on experience)


Experience & Skills Requirements:

Must have excellent organization, problem solving and F&B events management skills

Minimum 5 years of experience as Catering & Events supervisor/manager

Excellent communication, negotiation, and resource planning skills

Proven ability to establish positive customer relationships

Proficient in MS Office

Flexible and ability to work additional hours, if required

Must be able to join immediately


UAE Driving License - Required

Core Functional Areas:

Manage and control the catering business of the company and operations

Assist in food and beverage menus development, staff shifts, coordination of food orders preparation and serving during the events.

Interacting with clients to gather their requirements and overseeing the presentation and serving of the food

Respond to customer comments or complaints and take immediate actions

Hire, train and manage catering employees

Ensure catering operations are smooth and inventory of stock is well-maintained and managed

Assist in business development initiatives

Provide suggestions on pricing, budgeting and catering strategies and reporting to management
