Responsibilities:


  • Work with our leadership team to ensure operations activities are carried out in a timely manner
  • Liaise with 3rd party vendors, e.g. our accounting team, background checking organisations
  • Own our CRM system, salesforce

Experience:


  • Experience in a professional environment, consultancy or similar preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic
  • Experience working with a CRM system, ideally salesforce
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience dealing with external stakeholders, the ability to influence others and negotiate
  • Good at building relationships, internally and externally
  • Experience with Salesforce will be desirable but not a must
