Description

The use of proper banking procedures and daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation's.

The payment of authorized petty cash vouchers and the recording of each payment.

Daily reconciliation of sales and cash for all departments and branches, ensure immediate resolution of discrepancies.

Reconcile other financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.

Accurate and timely input in the Sales and Purchase ledgers.

The preparation of payment to suppliers for authorization by the Finance Manager.

Perform suppliers' reconciliation on a monthly basis

Assist general account for the monthly and year-end accounts closing.

Liaison with auditors over final audits and provide them with the information requested to complete the audit on times.

Assist in quarterly, half and full year Parts and Merchandise stock take.

Assist Finance & Admin Manager in proper coordination of HR related activities with the centralized HR department

Prepare the monthly attendance report for payroll purpose

Ensure documents are filed on time and in a proper manner

Ensure LPO are raised prior to any ordering (other than Stock)

To provide support/advice to the dealership management as required with the aim of furthering the best interests of the dealership by using "Best Practice" accounting procedures.

Salary:
From AED4,000.00 per month
