Job Description:
Waitress

Responsibilities:

Greeting customers upon arrival and escorting them to their tables.
Presenting menus, explaining specials, and suggesting menu items based on customer preferences.
Taking accurate food and beverage orders from customers and entering them into the POS system.
Delivering orders to the kitchen and ensuring timely preparation and presentation of food.
Serving food and beverages to customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
Anticipating and fulfilling customer needs, including refilling drinks and providing condiments.
Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Processing payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
Collaborating with kitchen staff and other waitstaff to ensure smooth operation of the dining area.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and server station.
Adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
Upselling menu items and promoting specials to increase revenue.
Collaborating with team members to provide excellent customer service and enhance the overall dining experience.
Following company policies and procedures regarding service standards, alcohol service, and safety protocols.
Assisting with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down tables and cleaning duties as assigned.
