Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a diverse team of frontofhouse and backofhouse staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and dedication.
Oversee daytoday operations of the restaurant and loungeto ensure smooth service, topnotch guest experiences, and adherence to quality standards.
Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets.
Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize resource utilization without compromising on quality.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to enhance the restaurant's reputation and business opportunities.
Implement and uphold health, safety, and hygiene protocols in accordance with industry regulations.
Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to staff to enhance their skills and advance their career growth.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

Proven at least 2 years experience as a General Manager in a highend restaurant & lounge setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Solid understanding of financial management and the ability to analyze financial data.
Indepth knowledge of food and beverage operations, industry trends, and customer preferences.
Adept at problemsolving and decisionmaking in a fastpaced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
Fluent ( or native ) English language speaker as a mandatory requirement. Mandarin or languages are a plus...
