Lead the development of the safety quality and environmental management systems within the line departments Coordinate certification processes with relevant external bodies Audit and inspect operations maintenance activities determine effectiveness compliance organization policies management systems Prepare reports statistics performance O O organization per agreed targets KPIs Provide strategic direction planning managing development implementation policies procedures continuous improvement quality processes reduction environmental health safety liabilities associated passengers employees environment Lead identifying process improvements internal external communication awareness QHSE issues setting appropriate QHSE accountabilities analyzing QHSE assessments ensuring compliance applicable legislation regulations consensus industry standards company policies Monitor performance workflows maximise utilization resources identify implement cost strategies improve safety quality service minimize environmental impacts encourage sustainability Establish process accident incident reporting investigation Assign Senior Safety Manager deputy act behalf absence Ensure Line Managers take ownership competence teams Review conconformances raised department regularly assign resource close overdue NonConformances NCs within agreed timescales Lead manage motivate team coaching departmental Managers Complete annual midyear appraisals identify substandard performance behavior ensure corrective action employee development plans Manage succession and development plans Department to ensure that their teams understand how they contribute departmental organizational goals Comply Keolis MHI SMS Policies Standard Operating Procedures local regional contract related policies procedures Perform carry out duties instructed directed Managing Director Manage Department
