    Welcome and bid fond farewell to all guestsupon arrival at the resort in a traditional manner as stipulated inthe operatingprocedures

     Offerrooming to eacharrival

     Assistguest in resort activityenquiries/requests

    Ensure that established levels of guest service are maintained atall times within the receptionarea

     Activelyelicit guest feedback and preferences, regarding resort servicesand ensures action is initiated on the same to maximize guestsatisfaction

    Ensures guest errands are executed asdirected

     Refreshtowels to be handed to all VIParrivals

    Coordinate transportation for guests in collaboration with the Bellteam including buggy and airporttransfers

     Handledifficult situations effectively following resort policies andprocedures

     Performall duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner inaccordance with established Resort's Policies &Procedures to achieve the overall objectives of thisposition

    Communicate promptly and efficiently guest complaints andcompliments to the Front Office Manager / AssistantManager

     Keep theimmediate Manager / Supervisor promptly and fully informed of allproblems or unusual matters ofsignificance

    Actively participate in upselling Spa, Food and Beverage outletsand excursions

     Isaware of all house rules and assists in enforcing them on teammembers

     Alwaysconduct herself in such a manner so as to encourage all fellow teammembers to dolikewise

     Maintaina favorable working relationship with all other company employeesto foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious workingclimate

     Project atall times, a favorable image of the company, resort anddepartment

    Qualifications

    • 1/2years Hostess/receptionist - Front Office workingexperiences
    • Familiar with Operasystem
    • At least Diplomagraduate
    • FluentEnglish
