    This role is responsible for supporting Sales & Service team in resources managemetn, tools required for smooth working and keeping an updated dashboard with the Service & Sales orders.

    What you'll do:

  • Back up to field service coordination role
  • Responsible for tracking sales order, coordinating with Order & Management team ensure to send on time.
  • Close collaboration with Finance team in updating MIS reports.
  • Cooperating with project coordinator in updating Field Service resource planning.
  • Follow-up for Account receivables and overdue collaborating with GBS & Finance.
  • Monthly Sales & Service reporting, collecting information from sales & Service teams.
  • Close coordination with Sales Team for issues & and supporting them for required resources & tools.
  • Monthly closing of field services invoices
  • Back up to field service coordination role
  • Handling MIS for sales performance, sales order booking in Power BI.
  • Preparing and updating the data in Power BI and doing the accurate analysis.
  • Timely update of opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Handling queries related to Sales support.
  • Back up to proposal manager
  • Supporting MMGP site in reporting routines
  • Who you are:

  • Good knowledge on SAP
  • Good understanding accounting principles
  • Good understanding of month end reporting requirements
  • A Graduate with Good command on MS Office.
  • Good Salesforce user & having exposure of SAP.
  • Good knowledge of Power BI.
  • Collaboration and stakeholders
