PrincipalResponsibilities

• To grow New to Bank clients in theRenewables and Sustainability Financespace
• Manages relationship with internalstakeholders including Risk and various other productpartners
• Support achievement of the teamvision, Values, goals and culture in personal behaviour, actionsand decision making
• Take personalresponsibility for understanding and agreeing performanceexpectations, completing the necessary mandatory training anddeveloping the levels of capability and competence needed to beeffective in the role
• Contribute to teamdevelopment, effectiveness and success by sharing knowledge andgood practice, working collaboratively with others to create aproductive, diverse and supportive workingenvironment
• Suggest ideas and contribute toimplementing actions that will improve quality or the way teams andindividuals work together
• Adhere to HSBCpolicy, procedures and control requirements applicable today-to-day working, exceptional and project activities, and raiseany concerns about actual or potential issues promptly, in linewith reporting and escalation procedures
• Applypolicies, procedures, practices and standards to their allocatedtasks, taking responsibility for their own actions, to ensure theachievement of high levels of quality, effective risk managementand regulatory compliance
  

Requirements

• Relevant years of RelationshipManager experience in the Renewables Energy space with skills inStructured Finance and Projectfinancing
• Ability to demonstrate insight andindustry knowledge in the sector
• Relevantcorporate banking with strong credit analytical skills in thesector with client facing roles
• Preferreddegree in Finance, Economics orAccountancy
• Ability to work as a teamplayer
