Channel Ship Services Limited (CSS Limited) is currently seeking an experienced Offshore ROV SupervisorChannel Ship Services Limited (CSS Limited) is currently seeking an experienced Offshore ROV Supervisor with expertise in Seaeye Lynx and Tiger ROVs to join our team.

As an Offshore ROV Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating ROV operations specifically using Seaeye Lynx and Tiger ROVs in offshore environments.

You will lead a team of ROV technicians, ensure the safe and efficient operation of ROV systems, and provide technical expertise and guidance.

Responsibilities:
Managing and supervising Seaeye Lynx and Tiger ROV operations in offshore environmentsLeading a team of ROV technicians, providing guidance, training, and supportPlanning, scheduling, and coordinating ROV activities to meet project scope, schedule, and budgetOperating Seaeye Lynx and Tiger ROVs and conducting inspections or surveys when neededPerforming pre-dive checks and inspections to ensure the operational readiness of ROV systemsOverseeing the deployment and recovery of Seaeye Lynx and Tiger ROVs from vessels or platformsPerforming maintenance and repairs on Seaeye Lynx and Tiger ROV systems as requiredCollecting data and recording observations during ROV operationsEnsuring compliance with safety procedures and industry best practicesCollaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverablesMaintaining accurate logs and documentation related to Seaeye Lynx and Tiger ROV operationsParticipating in emergency response drills and proceduresKeeping up-to-date with advancements in Seaeye Lynx and Tiger ROV technology and techniques


Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an ROV Supervisor or in a similar role, specifically with Seaeye Lynx and Tiger ROVsROV Supervisor Certification or equivalentProven experience in managing and supervising Seaeye Lynx and Tiger ROV operations in offshore environmentsExpertise in operating and piloting Seaeye Lynx and Tiger ROVsStrong understanding of Seaeye Lynx and Tiger ROV systems, sensors, and equipmentExperience in conducting underwater inspections and surveys using Seaeye Lynx and Tiger ROVsAbility to perform maintenance and repairs on Seaeye Lynx and Tiger ROV systemsKnowledge of subsea operations, safety procedures, and industry regulationsExcellent leadership and team management abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to work on a rotational schedule and travel to offshore locations as requiredValid offshore medical and survival certifications
