Job brief We arelooking for a Relationship Manager to build new clients andpreserve existing relationships with our customers to boost ourbrand and profits in the long-run. To succeed in this role, youshould be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales andmarketing teams and build rapport with customers.

• Understand customer needs and develop plans toaddress them
• Identify key staff in clientcompanies to cultivate profitable relationships
• Resolve customer complaints quickly andeffectively
• Forward upselling andcross-selling opportunities to the sales team
• Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer serviceprocesses
• Aim to preserve customers and renewcontracts
• Approach potential customers toestablish relationships

Requirements

• Graduate/Post graduate intechnical/engineering/science - Preferred from ICTbackground.
• Institutional sales, educationconsultant, ICT will be given preference.
• Proven experience as a Client RelationshipManager
• Knowledge of customer relationshipmanagement (CRM) practices
• Experience in salesor customer service is preferred
• Problem-solving attitude
• Excellentcommunication skills
• Aptitude for fosteringpositive relationships
• Teamwork and leadershipskills
