BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply ChainManagement, Engineering, or other technical field from anaccredited university or 2+ years Amazon experience
• 7+ years’ experience conducting quantitativeand qualitative analysis
• 8-10+ years ofproduct or program management experience
• 2+years of experience analyzing cost/benefit of proposedprojects
• Experience leading cross-functionalteams to deliver projects on tight deadlines
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel is required,including use of lookups and pivot tables
   

PreferredQualifications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA and work experience in technical field ishighly desired
• Prior experience or use ofLean/Six Sigma
• Experience managing program andproduct managers
• Excellent organizational andinterpersonal skills
• Strong attention todetail including precise and effective customer communications andproven ability to manage multiple, competing prioritiessimultaneously
• Intermediate to advancedknowledge of SQL, Perl, Unix/Linux, Visual Basic or otherprogramming languages are a plus
• Ability toorganize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skillscomplemented with the ability to problem solveindependently
