• Provide alllogistical support required for each project
• Make sure standards are met in all areas ofoperations
• Direct all operations of thedepartment
• Follow up on service deliveryperformance and prepare suggestions to improveoperations
• Determine and evaluate the dailyoperational delays and present to management with suggestions forimprovement
• Make sure the daily activitieswithin operations department are well coordinated
• Determine business and operational requirements inconjunction with the management
• Make surethere is constant information flow between the operations team andthe office staff
• Perform any other relatedtask as may be required

Job Qualifications andExperience

• Shouldhold a Degree in a relevant discipline
• Atleast 1+ years of experience in the same field
• Should able to work within strict deadlines
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask
