Summary ofResponsibilities:

• In cooperation with other security staff, the coverage ofthe hotel for 24 hours security during all days of theweek

• Develops andmaintains effective security programs; trains, counsels,disciplines and evaluates security officers

• Reviews and updates security procedures andpolicies

• Handles allcorrespondence and maintains team member files

• Implements "plan ofaction" in case of fire, bomb, threats, workstop

• Meets on regularbasis with local police authorities

• Attends various department meetings on aregular basis

• Investigates all guests, team members, property loss,accident reports, theft, disturbance and outside problems

• Deals with team members and guestproblems, informs guest and team members in emergency

• Controls internal and externalareas and team members in their locations

• Knows and implements all safety and fireregulations of the hotel

• Investigates "lost and found" and theft,prepares a report

• Controls daily logbook and incident report

• Searches for the bomb threat andprepares a report

• Controls security officers patrolling duties

• In case of emergency, requests help from thecity authorities, such as police and fire brigade and keeps theDepartment Heads and Duty Manager informed about Escorts VIPguests
  
  Qualifications:Minimum of 7 yearsexperience in the Security FieldBachelor's degree in arelated fieldCertifications in IT security or CCTV technologicalprograms.Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role inhospitality an assetMust possess strong verbal and writtenskillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighlyresponsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressurein a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively with fellowcolleagues as part of a team
