Job Role: DispatchClerk/Coordinator

Job KeyDetails:

  • Ensureaccurate and efficient stock transfers
  • Makesure delivery vehicles are loaded and dispatched as per theplans
  • Make sure products dispatched are of theright type, quantity and condition
  • Preserverecords for all job duties including mechanical breakdowns,customer requests as well as charges
  • Maintainaccurate delivery documentation
  • Collect andprepare work orders, follow up on work in progress and inform staffin charge about any logistic issues
  • Monitorall documents and invoices
  • Control alldelivery notes as required
  • Update and maintaindispatch data in the system i.e. ERP and Excel

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management,Logistics or its equivalent
  • At last 2+ yearsof relevant working experience required
  • Mustbe familiar with stock taking procedures
  • Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills
  • Musthave good computer application knowledge
  • Ability to multitask and complete tasks ontime
