  • We arelooking for an accomplished Customer Support Engineer to providevaluable pre and post-sales support to MediaTek’sIntelligent Connectivity customers across MEA. The successfulCustomer Support Engineer will have a software and connectivitybackground with at least 8 years of experience in a SemiconductorsFAE role, an OEM design role, or a similar position.
  • In addition to providing technical support to ourcustomers, this role will also provide technical assistance toMediaTek’s MEA Business Development team during theirinteractions with our Intelligent Connectivity customers. He/shewill also work closely with our technical support teams in Taiwanand China, to ensure successful and timely technical issueresolution.
  • The role will report directly toMEA’s Regional Director and will require business travelthroughout the region as well as visits to MediaTek’sheadquarters in Taiwan to ensure synchronization with HQ technicalteams.

Requirement

Essential Education AndExperience

1- Ideally witha MSc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalentand a relevant work experience in electrical, electronic orcomputer science field with global customer base and transnationalinternal teams.
2- Good C programming knowledge, withproven experience in a software engineering role such as systemsdesign, field applications engineering (FAE) orsimilar.
