Job Role: Mechanical Engineer

Job Key Details:

• Jobholders will be required to provideprofessional mechanical engineering guidance and advice based onengineering practices in support of the projects
• Offer technical direction to technicians as well asdrafters
• Coordinate with other disciplineengineers to ensure projects are engineered to the higheststandards
• Offer sound engineering guidance andadvice on matters of mechanical technical integrity
• Prepare project designs using the appropriatesoftware
• Coordinate with constructionsupervisors as well as vendors
• Assist indesigning and preparing construction documents

Job Qualifications andExperience

• The idealcandidates must have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from arecognized university
• Minimum 10+ years ofexperience in a construction company
• Strongknowledge of relevant industry engineering codes as well asstandards
• Good communication and interpersonalskills
• Strong knowledge in usingAutoCAD
• Good project managementskills
