Job Role: Home Care Nurse

Job Key Details:

• The jobholder will be required to visitpatients in their homes to provide them with the necessary healthcare services
• Assist in administeringmedications
• Provide assistance with personalcare and hygiene
• The nurse will be required tomaintain accurate records of the patients
• Maintain very good relationships with thepatients
• Record and communicate activitiesduring visit and general wellbeing of patients
• Work with the care givers or family members to ensurepatients recover
• Ensure the patients receiveoutstanding care services at all times

Job Qualifications andExperience

• Degree orDiploma in a relevant discipline
• Minimum 3+years of experience in the same field
• Shouldbe able to communicate well at all times and have a positiveattitude
• Only ladies from the Philippinesshould apply
• Must be very in this field andpassionate about providing nursing services
