Responsibilities
- Lead, plan and deliver best-in-class digitalmarketing activity to maximize lead generation and sales, owningand leveraging channels such as PPC, SEO, email and paidsocial
- Manage and implement the web andproduct strategy, ensuring that the site is merchandised and UXoptimized to drive conversions
- Lead a reviewof the current e-commerce platform and manage the migration to anew platform as needed
- Develop and implementthe SEO strategy to drive growth in organic rankings andtraffic
- Develop and implement the PPC strategyto drive both lead generation and conversion
- Lead a review of the current email platform and managethe migration to and integration of a new platform
- Build and own the email plan (campaigns and lifecycle) todrive sales, lead conversion and customer retention across keycustomer segments
- Actively seek, test andoptimize opportunities across audiences, creative, messaging,landing experiences and channels to maximize investment and delivera consistent and personalized customer journey
- Develop relevant engagement and commercial KPIs for allchannels, with clear metrics that demonstrate effectiveness andcontribution to the growth
- Own and lead theperformance analysis and reporting of marketing activity,summarising progress against the plan and highlighting keylearnings and opportunities for future improvement
- Keep abreast of industry developments, bringing anyopportunities back to the business to increase channelperform
- Managing a Digital Marketing Executivewith a view to growing the team
