Job Role: System Administrator

Job Key Details:

  • Assist in planning, designing and implementinga corporate hardware and software IT infrastructure for thecompany
  • Monitor and maintain an excellentuptime as required by the business
  • Examinecomputer hardware to ensure functionality at all times
  • Fix technical issues quickly with the least impact to thesmooth running of the business
  • Conduct rootcause analysis on issues and offer suggestions on permanent fixesif necessary
  • Maintain an excellent businessrelationship with internal and external stakeholders at alltimes
  • Organize the workstations with computersand necessary peripheral devices
  • Make sureeffective change control is implemented for all changes andupdates
  • Keep up records of repairs and fixesconducted
  • Maintain security and privacy ofnetworks as well as computer systems
  • Conductany other related tasks as may be required by thebusiness

Job Qualifications andExperience

  • Bachelors Degree inComputer Science or any other related field of study
  • Candidates must have experience in the same field withinthe UAE
  • A valid UAE driving license is amust
  • Familiarity with databases, networksetc
  • Must have good knowledge of systemsecurity and data backup or recovery processes
  • Must be familiar with various operating systems andplatforms
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communicationabilities
