- Forwardsinformation by receiving and distributing communications;collecting and mailing correspondence; copyinginformation.
- Organizing the office andassisting associates to optimize processes
- perform some normal clerical duties such as faxing,reviewing, emailing and editing of some important documents andmost importantly keeping all the records intact.
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and data
- Update staff calendars and organize schedules
- Prepare information and research for executiveneeds
- Oversee mail deliveries, packages, andcouriers
- Arrange itineraries and executivecorrespondence
- Compile, verify accuracy andsort information according to priorities to prepare source data forcomputer entry
- Keep informationconfidential
- Transcribe documents fromdictated tapes
- Take notes at meetings withmanagers and others to create detailed texts
- Edit completed work for grammar, spelling andpunctuation
- Gather and organize typingmaterial
- Create spreadsheets andpresentations, combining various data from existingfiles
- Maintain physical and digital filingsystems
- Scan and print files, asneeded
- Keep information confidential inaccordance with security policies
Requirements:
- Proven data entry work experience, as a Dataentry operator or Office clerk
- Experience withMS Office and data programs
- Familiarity withadministrative duties
- Experience using officeequipment, like fax machine and scanner
- Typingspeed and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge ofcorrect spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Attention to detail, Confidentiality
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused onassigned tasks
- Highly organized multitaskerwho works well in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum Bachelors; additional computer training orcertification will be an asset
