- Shouldpossess in depth Knowledge of Food and Beverage preparation andpresentation.

- Guide the Banquet servers in set up of tablesand place settings.
- Befamiliar with all current and upcoming event details.
- Resolve staff and customerconcerns quickly and efficiently.
- Bachelorsdegree in Hotel Management or equitant
- Candidate should be fluent in English andArabic
- Exceptionalcustomer service skills for retaining the customers.
