Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for making the function space visuallyappealing and presenting the menu offering for theevent.
  • Responsible forthe overall sanitation and cleanliness of the work areas, banquetrooms and storage areas.
  • Responsible for the proper usage and good working orderof all equipment, furniture and fixtures in the Banquet andCatering Section in the shift assigned.
  • Responsible for consistently implementing theservice standards and operating procedures in the banquet andCatering service.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customerneeds are met.
  • Provideunique and creative ideas to enhance meetings & groupexperience.
  • Shouldpossess in depth Knowledge of Food and Beverage preparation andpresentation.
  • Superviseevents and team members throughout service.
  • Guide the Banquet servers in set up of tablesand place settings.
  • Befamiliar with all current and upcoming event details.
  • Resolve staff and customerconcerns quickly and efficiently.


  • Bachelorsdegree in Hotel Management or equitant
  • Candidate should be fluent in English andArabic
  • Exceptionalcustomer service skills for retaining the customers.
