Fit out new premises:
• Agree high-level layout, design of floor plansinternally with stakeholders (CEO / LT)
•Source a minimum of 3 fitout companies, giving high-level detailsof design for return presentation
• Appoint,agree and sign contracts with chosen fitout company
• Develop & track a detailed project plan andensure it is met
• Close adherence to budget& tracking

Construction:
•Identify phased building process
• Signoff ofworks
• Snag list sign off

Move, timely &Comprehensive:
• Ordering ofutilities
• Contracts placed
• All necessary notifications
•Ensure a smooth transition moving out of current premises inconjunction with landlord / lease, IT, employees and othernecessary tasks
• Responsibility for completeset up and day to day running for new premises from day 0, toensure continuity of business
