Coordinate projectmanagement activities, resources, equipment and information
Break deliverable into doable actions and set timeframes
Liaise with clients to identify and definerequirements, scope and objectives
Assign tasks tointernal teams and assist with schedule management
Makesure that PMO activities run uninterrupted
Assist inrisk management
Oversee project procurementmanagement
Monitor project progress and handle anyissues that arise
Act as the point of contact andcommunicate project status to all participants
Workwith the PMO to eliminate project activity obstacles
Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
Issue project documentation (Presentations, minutes ofmeeting, work sheets and logs)
Create and maintaincomprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conductingquality assurance tests
Collect data, conduct analysis,prepare papers, presentations or communication materials forinternal use by the PMO
Organize, co-ordinate and plan(international) meetings and events where necessary

Minimum Qualification &Knowledge & Skills:
As a successful candidate, you should possess thefollowing:
University degree
Minimum 3-5 years working experience in a similar role
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similarrole
Experience in project management, from conceptionto delivery
Ability to prepare and interpretflowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking andtime-management
Strong client-facing and teamworkskills
Familiarity with risk management and qualityassurance control
Experience in large scaleprojects
Proven capability to work independently
Experience in working in multicultural internationalenvironment (experience in working with Middle East culture amust)
