  • Build and maintain strong, long-lastingrelationships with business clients – Cluster Leads,Country Managers / Category Leads
  • Educatecommercial stakeholders on the value GCO is delivering to thebusiness/clients
  • Proactively translateunderstanding of trends in healthcare and pharmaceuticals,competitor strategies, healthcare dynamics, business needs anddemands into opportunities for GCO to - collaboratively across allGCO Tribes (Teams) - execute value-adding changes regarding GCOService and develop/provide future orientated solutions for theclient
  • Understand the full GCO ServiceCatalogue/Services and address client needs as well as help shapethe client’s thinking to ensure GCO Services are creatingoptimal business impact
