Description:

We are looking for an experienced ElectricalSupervisor to oversee our team of electricians. In this role, youwill be responsible for training and mentoring staff, creating workschedules, providing technical assistance, and troubleshootingsystem issues. You may also be required to maintain and repair theelectrical equipment used on-site.
To ensure success asan Electrical Supervisor, you should exhibit strong leadershipskills and have sound knowledge of industrial and commercialelectrical systems. A top-class Electrical Supervisor will ensurethat all the electrical work done on manufacturing shop iscompleted on time and to code.
Supervise Projectexecution, evaluate & monitor manpower productivity
Schedule the work in accordance to project timeline &dealines

Providing motivation and assistancewhen necessary. Inspecting and assessing the work done by theelectrical staff. Reading and interpreting design schematics toensure the proper installation of electrical systems. Maintain thedifferent phases of the project & evaluate all thetechnical problems & resolve them

Maintain the Safety measures on site & ensure thatall quality control regulations are met
Prepare thetechnical documents (Checklist, Megger reports) & ensurethat the work was carried in accordance to drawings

Ability to read the Electrical drawings and execute thework Knowledge of Panel Manufacturing Ensuring the work iscompleted on schedule and to code. A good eye for detail. Provenwork experience as an Electrical Supervisor. Excellentcommunication skills. Familiarity with state electrical and safetycodes. Basic computer skills. Maintaining a safe and clean workarea.

Experience : 4-5 years
