Job Summary • Accountable forachieving defined DPSM (Distribution, Pricing, Shelving andMerchandising) KPI’s for ecommerce customers •Developing E-Commerce strategy, road map and generating sales frommarketplaces such as souq.com, noon. Com and own e-commercewebsites. • Manage and own E- Commerce websites handlingend to end process from product listing till final delivery.• Managing day to day operations like order processing,invoicing, inventory control, stock transfers, generate manifestand prepare orders. • Maintaining accuracy of inventorylisted online. • Online Catalogue Management includingtitle, descriptions and images. • Follow up andcoordination with marketing team internally by ensuring thecontents are created and updated on time. • Ordermonitoring from enquiry, payment and delivery. • Developand manage timely and proactive response and/or processes withcustomer service issues/ enquiries. • Liaising withinternal stakeholders in sales, marketing, logistics finance andsales analytics to drive the e-commerce agenda • Reportspreparation, monthly sales reports, weekly stock update. •Proficient in SEO, Keywords, Digital Marketing etc. Skills andExperience • Bachelor’s degree in a businessrelated field, Masters’ degree preferred •Experience in Key Account management, managing e-commerce account• Experience in Opencart and Woocommerce •Up-to-date with the latest digital trends, especially ones relatedto e-commerce capabilities • Excellent product knowledgein Automobile accessories and content writing capabilities(preferred). • Strong financial and analyticalskills
