Job Description

Marketing Manager is responsible for leading Marketingactivities of the company to ensure development , implementationand monitoring of the Marketing strategies that will raise brandawareness and drive traffic to the restaurant . Must ensures thatGlobal Catering brands are presented in a consistent way withspecifications set by the company and assumes Marketing , publicrelations and corporate responsibilities are implemented.

Key Accountabilities

• Collaborate with Brand Managers, Department Managers,franchisors and media suppliers to create, plan and executepromotional programs to publicize and promote various activitiesand program.
• Lead and perform research studiesto highlight consumers' demographics and trends
• Prepare and supervise the Marketing department'sbudget and the brands' set Marketing budgets
• Ensure proper execution of events through managingexternal relationships including all media & third partysuppliers
• Stay up-to-date with best practicesin the Marketing Management area in order to continuously deliverplanned Marketing initiatives in a timely manner
• Manage the creation and maintenance of Global Cateringdigital activities & social media activities
• Guarantee continuous compliance with set brandadvertising and Marketing standards
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with agenciesacross the markets while ensuring adherence to agreed procedures,cost agreements and service levels
• Ensureproper execution of events through managing external relationshipsincluding all media & third party suppliers
• Supervise and review the team's performance on acontinuous basis while resolving issues and ensuring the seizing ofpotential cost/revenue opportunities

Experience:

• Managerial: 3years (Required)
• Marketing: 8 years(Required)

Education:Master's (Required)

Location: Abu Dhabi(Preferred)

Language: French , English(Required)
