About thePosition:

 

We are currently looking for a competent and performancedriven Field SalesExecutive to work withinour Wholesale OilDivision of Al Futtaim Aftersales acrossthe UAE.  Your main role is to manage and achieve overallsales target through dealers, workshop, government and fleetcustomers. You should be aware of new market opportunities andtrends and to consciously update your knowledge of product,specifications and prices.

 

 

 

Specifically, your key accountabilities are asfollows:

 

  • Achieve monthly sales target of Oil sales of PassengerCar Motor Oil (PCMO), Heavy Duty Motor Oil (HDMO) and IndustrialOil
  • Administer prices of competition to offerthe best value proposition keeping in line with company objectiveon Gross Margin
  • Strengthen relationship withexisting and new customers through daily interaction andvisits
  • Cultivate new leads / customers throughthe region
  • Follow up on overduepayments
  • Forecasting on region wiseperformance and market trends, competitor information tracking andreporting
  • Collaborate with various departmentsin the Organization to meet customer needs
  • Personal development through training
  • Educate customers on how products or services can benefitthem financially and professionally

 

 

About You:


The ideal candidate for this role should havea University Bachelor Degree preferably in Automotive field andmust have at least 2 years’ experience in B2B sales andmust have high level of selling skills in the context of Oil salesto large accounts (B2B). You should have the ability to solveproblems and deliver sales results within set timeframe and musthave in depth knowledge of Financial and Markets. Valid UAE drivinglicense is a must for this role and Arabic speakers will have agood advantage!
