Your sphere of influence may alsoinclude, but may not be limited to:

  • Support the MEA Flow Solutions Group by providingmetering system consultancy support to grow customer loyalty andimprove the overall delivery from sales, systems and serviceteams.
  • Conduct site surveys, metrologyhealthcare checks and feasibility studies for Flow Metering systemsidentifying potential for upgrades and enhancements.
  • Conduct metering system audits and uncertaintystudies.
  • Support the start-up &commissioning of critical Flow systems &products.
  • Develop the Flow Serviceteam's capabilities through on-site and office basedtechnical advice and coaching.
  • General Faultfinding related to customer process issues, including site visitsfor data collection.
  • Carry out witnessing ofinstrument calibrations and drive an enhancement program of Emersoncalibration facilities in the MEA region.
  • Carry Out Customer Training and Best PracticesPresentations at Conferences.
  • Adhere to localand international Emerson Trade Compliance and Quality Managementprocedures, as well as the Emerson Ethics Policy, with respect toall business activities.
  • Adhere toEmerson's commitment to Safety as a core business value:taking an active role in the prevention of injuries and accidents;consistently following established rules and procedures; usingproper safety equipment; and reporting and correcting unsafe actsand conditions.

To succeed,you'll need to demonstrate:

  • Degree qualified in technical discipline(Instrument/Electric/Process) or relevant job experience; ideally10-15 years' experience with Oil & Gasmetering
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Custodymetering applications, AGA, ISO and API standards
  • Must have a good process understanding over completesupply chain, Production, Terminals, Pipelines, Storage, Refiningand Transportation.
  • Must have knowledge ofmanufacturing and customer support processes, including ContinuousImprovement Process and Project Management.
  • Must possess strong communication skills to ensurechanges and improvements are understood by all.
