Job Description

The primarily responsibilities of the role are tied to newaccount acquisition, net new asset growth, and client relationshipmanagement

  • To lead and drive thedistribution efforts for the AM businesses (incl. JVs,partnerships) to institutional clients in the MENAregion
  • To achieve financial targets of AssetManagement product sales (e.g., NNA, revenues as per budgetsetting)
  • To develop new market segments;acquire new client relationships; and work to maintain and furtherdevelop existing client relationships
  • To actas advocate and specialist in representing AM products in clientmeetings
  • Lead in closing deals and executingmandates
  • To have accountability for post salesclient servicing and follow-up
  • To activelyfocus on the client retention

TheSuccessful Applicant

The successfulcandidate:

  • Will have 10-15years' of asset management sales & distributionexperience servicing clients in the MENA region
  • Will have experience working in the Middle East -strongly preferable
  • Will have sound knowledgeof economics, financial markets, products, structures and clientappetite
  • Will have sound knowledge ofcompliance and regulation
  • Will be fluent inEnglish, Arabic is a plus
  • Will have excellentstakeholder management & communication skills
  • Will be digitally literate
