• Make sureproper records are maintained through assessing accountsreconciliations as well as payment vouchers
• Handle payroll preparations and make sure statutorydeductions are made based on the set policies
• Monitor, interpret cash flows and predict futuretrends
• Maintain the cash book
• Prepare financial accounts for audit purposes
• Prepare daily, weekly as well as monthly bankreconciliations
• Properly record the financialinformation
• Undertake any other relevantduties as necessary

Job Qualifications andExperience

• Shouldhold a Bachelors Degree or Masters in Finance, Accounting orrelated field
• At least 3 years of experiencein the accounting field
• Possession ofprofessional accounting qualifications will beadvantageous
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
• Experience in the realestate industry will be a great advantage
