• Creatingand maintaining a safe, clean, stimulating classroom where allchildren feel safe and valued.
• Establishingrapport and building relationships with students based ontrust.
• Setting an excellent example forstudents and instilling good values in them like honesty,accountability, understanding, tolerance, respect, love, andkindness.
• Monitoring and assessing studentprogress and writing up reports.
• Ensuringclassroom supplies and equipment are available and in workingcondition.
• Updating records on the schooldatabase and handling various other administrativetasks.
