- Answertelephone, emails, and conduct basic clerical work.
- Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and managementof business operational activities.
- Coordinateand manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allottedbudget and timelines.
- Ensure compliance withcompany standards and procedures.
- Evaluatecurrent operational performance and provide strategic plan forimprovements.
- Follow standard operatingprocedures for efficient business operations.
- Identify problems in operations process and resolve themin quickly and timely manner.
- Maintain clearand accurate operations documents/procedures for referencepurposes.
- Monitor, control and manage businessoperations to meet customer expectations and companygoals.
- Organize and update files asneeded.
- Oversee daily operations of theoffice.
- Provide direction and guidance tointernal teams to achieve performance targets.
- Schedule preventative maintenance, respond to urgentmaintenance calls and participate in the creation of emergencypreparedness plans.
