  • Answertelephone, emails, and conduct basic clerical work.
  • Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and managementof business operational activities.
  • Coordinateand manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allottedbudget and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance withcompany standards and procedures.
  • Evaluatecurrent operational performance and provide strategic plan forimprovements.
  • Follow standard operatingprocedures for efficient business operations.
  • Identify problems in operations process and resolve themin quickly and timely manner.
  • Maintain clearand accurate operations documents/procedures for referencepurposes.
  • Monitor, control and manage businessoperations to meet customer expectations and companygoals.
  • Organize and update files asneeded.
  • Oversee daily operations of theoffice.
  • Provide direction and guidance tointernal teams to achieve performance targets.
  • Schedule preventative maintenance, respond to urgentmaintenance calls and participate in the creation of emergencypreparedness plans.
