Job Role: Automotive Service Advisor -Arabic Lady

JOBRESPONSIBILITIES: 

• To receive customer vehicles for service and repair jobsand raise repair orders in Workshop / Bodyshop.
• Technically competent to understand the customer needsand requirements and accordingly raise Service Orders.
• To provide customer support via phone and face toface.
• To provide customer a detailedexplanation on jobs to be carried out on vehicle.
• To provide detailed explanation and technicaljustification for additional repairs with cost estimate and obtainapproval from customers.
• To maintain customercontact to ensure smooth delivery of vehicle. To advise customerson the required vital jobs.
• To have flair forselling value added services, service contracts andaccessories.
• To make every effort to resolvecustomer complaints and ensure customer has positive ownershipexperience.
• Regularly follow up with Workshopcontroller and technicians on his vehicles and update Customersregularly on the job progress and ensure delivery of the vehicle atthe promised time.
• To raise warrantyapprovals
• To raise special orders for partsnot available, follow up, and keep customer informed.
• Follow up payments of credit customers and ensurecollection within stipulated time. Regularly monitor orders raisedby him and ensure timely billing.
• Conduct postservice follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Comply with safe work practices, with the intent ofavoiding injury to themselves.
• Take reasonablecare of the health and safety of themselves and others.
• Comply with any direction given by management for healthand safety.
• Not misuse or interfere withanything provided for health and safety.
• Report all accidents and incidents on the jobimmediately, no matter how trivial.
• Report allknown or observed hazards to the Service Manager.

Experience:

• Automotive: 3 years (Preferred)
• Service Advisor: 3 years (Preferred)
