Job Role: Order-Taker(Engineering)

Asan Engineering Order-Taker, you would be responsible for answeringall telephones, dispatches via 2-way communication system andgenerates computerized reports to ensure department compliance withservice standards.

As an EngineeringOrder-Taker, you will be responsible for performing the followingtasks to the highest standards:

• Handle team member and guest requests by delegating tothe appropriate individuals and follow up to ensure department andhotel standards are met
• Maintain thecomputerized Work Order System. This requires logging and recordingall service requests, implementation, distribution, and closing ofall Work Orders
• Responds to all emergency callwhich includes monitoring the alarm system
• Dispatching and directing the proper crafts to thelocation, notifying other departments and the alarm-company of thesituation
• Coordinate and control all officetraffic
• Present a positive, professional, andcourteous image, to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain the brand's high qualitystandards
• Ability to remain calm and performall essential functions during emergency situations
• Maintain control of tools and equipment, prepare theneeded supplies for requisitions

Tosuccessfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude,behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• Prior customer service/administrative support orengineering experience required
