Description:

• Approve incoming materials byconfirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurementtest, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
• Approve in-process production by confirming requiredspecifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, andcommunicating the required adjustments to the productionsupervisor
• Document and update inspectionresults by completing reports and logs
• Accomplish organization mission by completing relatedresults as needed.
• Inspect raw materials toensure consistency and integrity
• Maintain,test and troubleshoot all instrumentation devices
• Attempt repairs on broken or damaged products todetermine the best way to scale those repairs
• Test a certain percentage of all products based onindustry standards
• Report problems or concernsto senior management immediately
