Description:

• Greet and escort guests torooms.
• Open doors and assist guests/visitorsentering and leaving property.
• Inform guestsof property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and localareas of interest and activities.
• Identify andexplain room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, mini-bar,ice and vending areas, in-room safe, valet laundryservices).
• Transport guest luggage to and fromguest rooms and/or designated bell area.
• Assist with luggage storage and retrieval.
• Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, includingassisting guests with loading/unloading luggage. Supply guests withdirections.
• Arrange transportation (e.g., taxicab, shuttle bus) for guests/visitors, and record advancetransportation request as needed.
• Communicateparking procedures to guests/visitors.
