• Prepare and submit regular work reports to theTop Management which reflect the achievement of maintenancework.
• Review all the preventive and correctiveprograms provided by the outsourcing contractors and make necessaryadjustments before the work execution.
• Participate actively in maintenance contracts documentsand coordinate with Procurement Department in case of contractsrenewal.
• Contribute in the preparation of theAuthority buildings and facilities survey plans and providerecommendations to the management in order to maintain theAuthority buildings and facilities in the best operationcondition.
• Manage to Measure the performanceof the maintenance operational capability, performance of technicalinspection and ensure that the maintenance activities done as perthe contractual obligation with the contractors.
• Ensure to follow safety procedures and the implementationof operation and maintenance by the outsourcecontractors.
• Liaise with ServiceProviders’ and operations team for facility operation andmaintenance.
• Ensure availability 24/7 andimmediate response for the emergency works.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with thisposition when appropriate.
