PwC Professional skills andresponsibilities for this management level include but are notlimited to: Knowledge Creation Integrate internal and externalknowledge sources into a database/directory to create a repositoryof information accessible throughout the LoS Support business KMChampions in setting priorities and enabling the creation ofthought leadership artefacts in the LoS Work to identify theknowledge assets critical to enterprise KM Knowledge Capture& Documentation Improve functionalities of available toolsto meet staff knowledge capture and documentation needs(e.g.

reporting functionality on consultingsource to track KM material download) Improve LoS adoption ofavailable tools to motivate staff on their use Set up thefunctionality that allows upload of KM material against projectcodes and proposal codes to track uploads and thus trackcontribution by Business Unit Knowledge Sharing Initiate abelow-the-line awareness campaign for new KM processes andrequirements Develop a quarterly KM newsletter to incentivizeproduction and increase awareness Seek out opportunities whereknowledge sharing can add value to the enterprise Gain familiaritywith PwC's global KM resources and disseminate this widelywithin the Consulting LoS Knowledge Processes Define and enablestandardised processes to create, collect, store and access KMmaterial Integrate clear and measurable KM KPIs as part of clientstaff appraisal process across all levels Integrate a tracker forKM KPIs on management dashboards of practices and priority accountsDrive production and regular updates of new KM material such aspractice overviews, practice brochures, market overviews

Coordinate with Business Unit KM Champions to discuss,prioritize and develop thought leadership pieces Develop andmonitor KM budget centrally, and oversee KM budget of each BusinessUnit Align with Global Knowledge Network

Establish rapport with the global KM community and sourcesand act as the single point of contact for ME Consulting Leverageconnections to share and learn more about best knowledge managementpractices that can be applied in Consulting in the Middle EastAlign with xLoS KM Leaders Periodically meet with other ME LoSKM

Leaders to discuss experience and shareinsights Distill lessons learned from other LoS and apply relevantfindings to KM practice in Consulting Coordinate with Bussines UnitKM Champions Support in nominating a KM Champion to kick-start andlead the KM function in each BU Work with BU KM Champions and BUleadership to establish a common understanding and focus forKM

Organize and facilitate regular meetings todiscuss progress, risks and issues with BU KM Champions Act asprimary point of contact for all BU KM Champions Support BU KMChampions in prioritization of initiatives and identification of BUKM needs and requirements
