Job Summary of AdminAssistant
The Admin Assistant is responsible forproviding administrative support with the day to day operations;processing, maintaining and archiving all administrative Tasks,invoices and other documents. The position is also responsible tocoordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders,Vendors.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Administration
Schedule and coordinate meetingsand appointments internally and externally.
Write andforward emails, letters, correspondence memos and relatedforms.
Provide support to the management with day today tasks as per the instructions.
Attend and guide thevisitors scheduled for meetings.
Order office suppliesand ensure that all required tools are available in theoffice.
Serve as a point of contact and exchangeinformation/instructions with the concerned department; ensureadequate and timely follow up with the departments on behalf of theCEO.
Answering all incoming calls and forward the sameto the concerned dept.
Liaise, build and maintain goodworking relationships with the company or outsiderepresentatives/messengers for completion of the necessarytransactions such as bank, local government, clients/suppliers andHotels etc.
Perform all administrative tasks andduties, data entry and data management as required-AdminAssistant
Manage documentation, filing and archiving ofnecessary documents.
Prepare progress reports andAgenda on daily/weekly/monthly basis as required for managementupdate.
Coordinate and manage the administration tasksand activities related to all departments and collogues.
Maintain good working knowledge of the company products andbusiness.
Ensure adherence to all the paperwork andmonthly reports.
Maintain daily tasks and support toensure efficient operations of the office.
Supportmanagers and employees through a variety of tasks related to thecompany and communication.
Ensure compliance withbusiness standards and guidelines.
Others
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Perform all other tasks as assigned by the management

Job requirement
Educational/Professional Qualifications
High SchoolGraduate/Diploma or equivalent
Work Experience
Must have at least 2 years working experience in a similarposition.
