Key skills required for the jobare: n Desktop Support-L3, (Mandatory) andIT Hardware Asset Management-L2, (Optional).As a SeniorAdministrator, you should be able to handle first point escalationfor all technical and process issues. Provide technical subjectmatter expertise wherever required. Ensure proper communication andquick resolution as a crisis manager. Plan and schedule Changes,Coordinating with different stakeholders. Perform RCA for MajorIncidents related to his / her tower nFollow quality / securityprocess defined for the engagement. Perform Trend analysis,identify top few incidents and work with respectiveteams/individual to minimize the incidents, Hardwaretroubleshooting & Vendor coordination nPrepare Weekly andmonthly status reports. Participate in business meetings withvarious stake holders on a need basis. Take corrective actionsbased on the customer satisfaction surveys. Work on the serviceimprovement programs. Effort estimation/reviews on need basis fornew projects. Training of new team members. Able to work onKnowledge acquisition and updates to related documents Minimum workexperience: 3 - 5 YEARS
