• Answeringphones from customers professionally and responding to customerinquiries and complaints.
• Responding tocustomer emails within the set response time
•Researching required information using available resources.
• Handling and resolving customer complaintsregarding product sales to customer service problems.
• Providing customers with the organization’sservice and product information.
• Processingforms, orders, and applications requested by the customers.
• Identifying, escalating priority issues andreporting to the high-level management.
•Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources wherenecessary
• Following up complicated customercalls where required.
• Completing call notesand call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
• Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data tohandle complaints and inquiries.
• Recordingdetails of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actionstaken.
• Managing administration,communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
• Other duties as assigned.
