- Designand implement a strategic business plan that expandscompany's customer base and ensure it's strongpresence
- Segment and prioritize accountacquisition using balanced score card
- Lead andmanage negotiations with third parties including mallsetc.
- Research market for additionalopportunities or innovating business models
- Build and manage the B2B development team with activesupport in recruitment
- Present sales, revenueand expense reports and realistic forecasts to the managementteam
Skills Required (What you willneed)
- BS / MS Degree in businessadministration or related field.
- 10+ yearssimilar experience with at least 3+ years of B2B sales experiencein UAE.
- Has prior experience of managing /leading a team of 8 - 10 sales associates.
- Theideal candidate will come with a strong sales and businessdevelopment background.
- The ideal candidatewill have a large portfolio of contacts in the industry to helpgrowing the CAFU business in the local market.
- Analytics and modelling: - Strong excel modelling skillset, the candidate demonstrate a naturally ability to build, adapta financial model to any situations.
- Presentation skills: The ideal candidate will demonstratea strong ability to build a compelling story around the pros, consof an analysis and put forth his / her recommendations. (strongpower point skills)
