KeyResponsibilities: Develop the business tobusiness implementation roadmap with specific focus:

  • Mapping of the local businesses
  • Develop pitch and contractual documentations tailored tothe local market (English and Arabic)
  • Designand implement a strategic business plan that expandscompany's customer base and ensure it's strongpresence
  • Segment and prioritize accountacquisition using balanced score card
  • Lead andmanage negotiations with third parties including mallsetc.
  • Research market for additionalopportunities or innovating business models
  • Build and manage the B2B development team with activesupport in recruitment
  • Present sales, revenueand expense reports and realistic forecasts to the managementteam

Skills Required (What you willneed)

  • BS / MS Degree in businessadministration or related field.
  • 10+ yearssimilar experience with at least 3+ years of B2B sales experiencein UAE.
  • Has prior experience of managing /leading a team of 8 - 10 sales associates.
  • Theideal candidate will come with a strong sales and businessdevelopment background.
  • The ideal candidatewill have a large portfolio of contacts in the industry to helpgrowing the CAFU business in the local market.
  • Analytics and modelling: - Strong excel modelling skillset, the candidate demonstrate a naturally ability to build, adapta financial model to any situations.
  • Presentation skills: The ideal candidate will demonstratea strong ability to build a compelling story around the pros, consof an analysis and put forth his / her recommendations. (strongpower point skills)
  • Excellent mentoring,coaching and people management skills
