Job Role: Senior Project Coordinator(ERP)

The Project Coordinator responsibilitiesinclude working closely with our OneERP PMO to preparecomprehensive action plans, including resources, time frames andbudgets for projects. Perform various coordinating tasks, likeschedule and risk management, along with administrative duties,like maintaining project documentation and handling financialqueries. Expected to have excellent time management andcommunication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clientsand internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.



  • Coordinate project management activities, resources,equipment and information
  • Break deliverableinto doable actions and set time frames
  • Liaisewith clients to identify and define requirements, scope andobjectives
  • Assign tasks to internal teams andassist with schedule management
  • Make surethat PMOactivities run uninterrupted
  • Assist in risk management
  • Overseeproject procurement management
  • Monitor projectprogress and handle any issues that arise
  • Actas the point of contact and communicate project status to allparticipants
  • Work with the PMO to eliminateproject activity obstacles
  • Use tools tomonitor working hours, plans and expenditures
  • Issue project documentation (Presentations, minutes ofmeeting, work sheets and logs)
  • Create andmaintain comprehensive project documentation, plans andreports
  • Ensure standards and requirements aremet through conducting quality assurance tests
  • Collect data, conduct analysis, prepare papers,presentations or communication materials for internal use by thePMO
  • Organize, co-ordinate and plan(international) meetings and events wherenecessary 



Minimum Qualification & Knowledge& Skills:

As a successful candidate, you shouldpossess the following: 

  • University degree
  • Minimum3-5 years working experience in a similar role
  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator orsimilar role
  • Experience in project management,from conception to delivery
  • Ability to prepareand interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step actionplans
  • Solid organizational skills, includingmultitasking and time-management
  • Strongclient-facing and teamwork skills
  • Familiaritywith risk management and quality assurance control
  • Experience in large scale projects
  • Proven capability to work independently
  • Experience in working in multicultural internationalenvironment (experience in working with Middle East culture amust)
  • Good English writing and verbalcommunication skills
  • Independent, self-driven,confident with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizing and planning abilities
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
  • Ability to work under high pressure and meet tightdeadlines
  • Highly proficient with MicrosoftOffice tools
  • Highly proficient with MicrosoftProject
