Job Role: Civil Technician

Job Key Details:

• Conductroutine and periodic inspection of structures
• Supervise civil works to ensure compliance withmaintenance as well as safety procedures
• Oversee contractors' conduced projects
• Keep up records as well as drawings of all civilengineering activities
• Participate in theprocurement activities
• Conduct preventive aswell as corrective maintenance activities as necessary
• Generate progress reports for civil engineeringworks
• Supervise the installation as well asmaintenance of carpentry, painting as well as plumbing works on thebuilding
• Participate in plannedmeetings
• Perform any other relevant duty asmay be required

Job Qualificationsand Experience

• Degree or Diploma inCivil Engineering, Building Engineering or any relatedcourse
• At least 2 years of experience inconstruction or maintenance work
• Must bephysically fit and able to climb stairs
• Expertise in AutoCAD
• Knowledge in MSOffice suite including Word, Excel as well as Powerpoint
• Must be self motivated
• Good communication skills with the ability to work in ateam environment
• Should have the ability tointerpret civil engineering drawings
