BASICFUNCTION

Ensures that there areenough manpower, tools, equipment and other resources needed forsmooth operations, And that all members of his team are strictlyfollowing the various

standard operatingprocedures involved.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES

Acts as thefirst point of contact with the client’s representativeconcerning his area of operations.

Preparesdaily planning and scheduling of manpower, tools, equipment,packaging materials and other resources according to productiontargets with the approval of the OperationsManager.

Ensures that all transactional data areencoded by the Data Entry Clerk into SAP.

Prepares KP! report for his shift.

Constantly finds ways to improve productivity andefficiency.

Assists the HSE Shift Supervisor inthe implementation of QA / HSE requirements and ensure promptaction for any adverse / unsafe situations

Ensures proper handover is done to the next shift by thevarious operators down to the helpers.

Assistsin preparing the annual budget by providing valuable inputs onmatters concerning his area of operations.

Maintain safety stock level of all packing materialsrequired.

General housekeeping in respectivework areas.
