A Sales Coordinator will fully support, fromadministrative, customer service, and sale lead developmentperspectives, the Sales team to develop future and repeatbusiness.

What will I bedoing?

As Sales Coordinator, youwill fully support, from administrative, customer service, and salelead development perspectives, the Sales team to develop future andrepeat business. Specifically, you will be responsible forperforming the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Identify new contacts, develop sales leads,and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximiserevenue
  • Understand fully the hotel amenities,packages and promotions
  • Generate and developsales leads and contact potential clients to build businessrelationships
  • Produce quotations and writtenconfirmation to all clients
  • Produce accurateand timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director andsenior management to include the reporting of appointments, callsmade and business leads
  • Monitor customersatisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensurefuture business
  • Arrange and carry out Hotelshow rounds

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highlevel of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, andWord
  • Proactive approach to meeting deadlinesand targets
  • Excellent organisational andadministration skills

It would beadvantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the followingcapabilities and distinctions:

  • Previous experience in a sales role
  • Relevant degree, in a sales or business discipline, froman academic institution
