Job Role: Senior ManagementConsultant

  • Serve as the liaisonbetween staff, executives, senior leaders, and EVP, regardingStrategic initiatives, resource planning, project/program updates,proposals, and finance
  • Assume day-to-dayresponsibility for Cyber Defense’s key projects andtasks
  • Create and maintain cross-departmentalrelationships to enable EVP success
  • CraftC-suite level presentations, talking points and briefing memos forsenior internal and external engagements in partnership with crossfunctional teams

 

Strategy &Planning:

  • Help EVPidentify key focus areas and define metrics for success (regularlyrevisited and evaluated)
  • Oversee strategicbusiness initiatives from development through successful executionunder the guidance of senior leadership and departmentalheads
  • Lead annual strategic planning for thecompany in close alignment with the Strategy Practice

 

MeetingPreparation:

  • Condolidate, prepare and review weekly meetings for CyberDefense
  • Manage the meetings cadence forleadership team, ensuring materials are sent in advance, time iswell spent, and objectives are achieved

 

Communication:

  • Develop and execute a communications strategyto support internal and external priorities
  • Review internal and external Communications (i.e.,drafting company newsletters, reports, pitch decks, speeches orpresentations for the EVP)

 

PracticeManagement & Operations:

  • Oversee one or multiple, oftencross-functional organization-wide projects orinitiatives
  • Independently scope, plan, executeand support special projects initiated by the EVP
  • Maintain dashboard of overall performance across alldepartments under Cyber Defense
  • Ensure thatprograms are managed to realize business benefits and that seniormanagement is informed of any critical developments
  • Support establishment of processes and structure forcommunication, implementation, monitoring, and ensure that policiesand best practices are followed

 

ClientInteraction:

  • Prepareand attend client meetings with EVP
  • Attendexecutive meetings on behalf of EVP and deliver progress reports toEVP

 

Finance:

  • Support development and management of project budgetsacross Cyber Defense; accountability for delivering againstestablished goals/objectives
  • Create monthlysummary dasboards for EVP to review and track progress across CDbudget

 

Hunam RessourcesManagement:

  • Workclosey with Cyber Defense HR Business Partner to identify keyrecruitment needs/challenges across Cyber Defense
  • Support HR department in hiring Senior Candidates:drafting & posting job descriptions, outlining an interviewprocess, and screening candidates for roles reporting into theEVP
  • Participate in regular meetings with theDirector of HR to discuss potential staffing issues
