Job Role: BIM Modeler

Skills

• Strong interpersonalskills and ability to work with both clients andconsultants;
• A background within the builtenvironment sector (2 - 4 years);
• WorkingKnowledge of Architecture, Structural, MEP, Construction Managementand Design;
• Demonstrated projectexperience;
• Strong Knowledge of current trendsand standards in BIM, particularly BS1192 and related BS1192PAS;
• Applicable BIM related certifications orcourse attendance;
• Comprehensive written& spoken English;
• Bachelor s Degree inrelated discipline (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering orArchitecture); GCC experience;
• Excellentplanning and organization skills required for our fast-pacedenvironment; A
• bility to self-manage;Extremely strong communication skills (Written, electronic& spoken)

AdditionalExperience

• Certifications Hands-onengineering and project management skills (PMP);
• Arabic language is a plus (not required);
• Master s Degree is a plus (not required);
• UAE Driver s license & personal mode oftransportation;
• Passport which allows forefficient regional travel
